Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Original condition with all tags still attached
• Free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear
• Exchange are only accepted for defective items or incorrect size sent due to an error. 

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

How to Initiate a Exchange 

1. Email support@layalialnoor.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service
