We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has passed

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@layalialnoor.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
