Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Pakistan and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders within Pakistan typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing. Please contact us immediately at support@layalialnoor.com if you need to update your order.
Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring your height and checking our guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
What fabrics do you use?
We use a range of premium fabrics including nida, chiffon, crepe, and linen blends. Fabric details are listed on each individual product page.
Are your abayas true to color?
We photograph products in natural lighting, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Reach out before ordering if you have concerns about a specific shade.
Do you offer custom sizing?
We currently offer standard sizing as listed on each product. Made-to-measure options are in the works — stay tuned.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@layalialnoor.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other options available at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
